REMONDIS’s enterprise scale customers have enjoyed access to our custom-built, proprietary online Client Portal for many years, so we’re confident our Client Portal is the best of its kind in Australia. From October 2024 we’re extending this benefit to all our Commercial, Industrial and Liquids customers, big and small.

We’re rolling out access to the REMONDIS Client Portal in stages, from October 2024. By mid-November, every email address associated with a current customer account will receive an emailed invitation to login and get started.
If you haven’t received this, ask your Account Manager to arrange access for you, or call 13 73 73 to speak with your local Customer Service team.

As an authorised user of the Client Portal for your business’s account/s, you’ll have access to near real-time data on your waste and recycling services, including:
This information can be filtered by location or service, and is available to download.
The REMONDIS Client Portal will be available to almost all direct REMONDIS customers, excluding subcontractors and brokers.
Access is being introduced in stages in October and November 2024, so if you are a current customer of REMONDIS and haven't yet received your login email, ask your Account Manager or call 13 73 73.
The Client Portal is not currently available to customers of Environmental treatment Solutions (ETS), REMONDIS Aqua, REMONDIS Swanbank or our joint ventures excluding Springmount Waste Management Facility.
