Facilities at Killaloe Transfer Station
Killaloe Transfer Station is Douglas Shire Council’s largest transfer station and can accept a wide variety of items for safe disposal or, where possible, recycling. Remember, transfer stations are not a landfill or dump. They are designed to receive and temporarily store self-hauled waste and recycling.
Separating different types of waste can save you money at Council’s transfer station, and ensure that everything that can be recycled or re-used, is!
