REMONDIS Australia’s second Emerging Leaders Program, which commenced in April, has now wrapped up
The program, designed to accellerate the professional development of a cohort of high-performance, high-potential employees, was developed in conjunction with Melbourne Business School

It's a wrap! REMONDIS Australia's second Emerging Leaders Program concluded last Friday 6 December 2024 with presentations by the participants to the National Management Team and Board.
It was the final task in a multi-stage, multi-faceted program which spanned eight months from April to December, and encompassed Leadership, Business Capability and a Major Project.

Our Emerging Leaders Program is designed for high-potential and high-performing employees of REMONDIS in Australia, to accelerate their professional development, build their confidence in leading across different functions and prepare them for future business challenges.
The 2024 program, our second, was developed in conjunction with Melbourne Business School and co-facilitated by REMONDIS Australia and MBS. Robert Castleberry (REMONDIS Australia's L&D Manager), coordinated the program with Melbourne Business School Facilitators Greg Harbidge, Geoff Martin, Henry Botha and Cheyone Kreltszheim.
Executive interviews were held with REMONDIS Australia Directors Alex Hatherly on strategy and execution, Nathan Radley on innovation and Raphael Landgraf on commercial acumen.
The Program commenced in April and concluded in early December 2024, with residential modules held in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Tomago and Sydney.
