REMONDIS Australia has launched a 24/7 online Client Portal to make managing waste and recycling services easier for all its customers.
It’s a win for REMONDIS's 24,000 commercial clients, reflecting REMONDIS’s long-time focus on digital innovation to enable and empower customers.

The Client Portal now provides all REMONDIS Australia's customers with 24/7 online access to past and future services, environmental and operational reports, online booking requests, and access to view or pay invoices. Enterprise-scale clients access additional features aligned to their scale and needs.

Booking requests
Need to reschedule, add or cancel a booking? Log this request on the Client Portal and the local Customer Service team will confirm the change, fast.
View services
View all past and scheduled future services on a dashboard, giving REMONDIS's clients 100% visibility of their waste and recycling services. If we were unable to service a bin because access was blocked, or some other issue, there is also a good chance we will include a photo that you can access on the portal.
Real-time service dates, times and weights
The majority of our fleet is fitted with cutting-edge technology that records the date and time of a service, and which can measure the amount of waste collected. This information is transmitted back to our portal in real-time.
Environmental and operational reports
Customisable dashboards report carbon emissions, recycling rates, volumes and operational performance data, filtered by company, location or service.
Payment Portal
Link to the REMONDIS Payment Portal to pay invoices online, view invoices and statements, and submit disputes.
