The Royal Adelaide Show is held annually by the Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Society of SA
Our local Wingfield branch has provided waste and recycling services to the Show for decades, initially as SUEZ and now as REMONDIS
We have a special interest in the woodchopping – a classic Show event!
SERVICE SPOTLIGHT
Who doesn’t love the Show? The Royal Adelaide Show is a South Australian institution – established in 1839 and held annually by the Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Society of SA (RA&HS). The RA&HS is a not-for-profit organization which, through the Show Society Foundation, promotes and encourages education in all fields of agriculture and horticulture.
The 2022 Show really was South Australia’s biggest reunion, with more than 440,000 people through the gates of the nine-day event – the first in three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We’re proud to provide waste and recycling services to the Show and to support the woodchopping event, continuing a partnership established by SUEZ and now proudly carried forward by REMONDIS from our Wingfield Resource Recovery Facility.
Next year’s Royal Adelaide Show is 2-10 September 2023.
